New Article Posted To RawFoodHealthWatch.com: Bovine Colostrum Supplement
Perhaps common knowledge, perhaps not, colostrum is what is given to newborn babies (and animals) from the teet. Colostrum is said to have the anti-bodies that the mother's immune system had created after fighting illnesses (providing the mother was not given antibiotics and the body was given freedom to conquer the illness on its own).
Well, the opinion that colostrum should help people (and animals) throughout life and not just in infancy, has led to people taking colostrum supplements, often from bovine. Now... some of the products claim that they take the colostrum from multiple animals (in this case, multiple bovines) in order to get a wide array of anti-bodies... but they fail to indicate whether bovin anti-bodies are even helpful in humans.. perhaps they are and that's obvious and shouldn't be questioned?
New Recipe Posted To RawFoodHealthWatch.com: Chocolate Milk Green Juice
This yummy drink, although dairy-free and made from green (and orange) veggies does really tasts like chocolate milk to me.. and my kids LOVE it!
The ingredients include: carrots, romaine and spinach... juice them up in whatever your desired quantity of each (trial and error will get it right for you) and enjoy. Because of the colours of the ingredients you can even get it to a nice shade of brown.
Hope you like it! Green juices are like injecting vitamins and minerals intravenously!
New Product At Raw Food At Cost Blog: Royal Jelly
Some say that royal jelly has everything the body needs in regards to nutrition, and although I'm personally skeptical of that statement, I read nothing but GREAT things about this product... the suggested health benefits are unbelievable.
