The Perfect Green Smoothie

Gloria from GloriaHawa.com wrote a post recently sharing her experiences with consuming green smoothies daily for a few months, and I wanted to share it with you.

She reports weight loss and "a rocketing difference" in energy levels and attributes it to the daily smoothie.

Her main smoothie (various amounts of each, depending how she feels and what's on hand):

  • spinach
  • kale
  • celery
  • parsley 
  • carrots
  • bananas (freeze them overnight so they can act as ice cubes)
  • apple
  • blueberries
  • strawberries
  • flaxseed
  • filtered water
